A new game...delightful!
A new game is my baby and thus, I must advertise it...

It’s 1976 and the Marauders are in their fifth year at Hogwarts. He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named and his Knights of Walpurgis are just at the start of their rampages and the First War. The Knights are slowly, surely, and a lot more quietly than is to be expected, having their actions and ideals filter into Wizarding society. Pureblooded families, desperate to hang onto their old ways and values, to remain pure for as long as possible, are slipping more and more into the following of Lord Voldemort (be it secretly or overtly).
The heroes and villains of the Trio era and of the First War are still students, not yet fully thrust into the quiet (and growing) blood war around them. Yet, even within Hogwarts’ hallowed halls the rivalries and loyalties that will stay with them into their adult lives are emerging and flourishing.
The Dark side grows strong with each passing day and the Black family is starting to break apart and split at the seams, each member of this generation making decisions that will alter the course of history and ultimately the war.
It’s the deconstruction of a family, all occurring in their youngest members and their friends.
We know how it all turns out, but how it was before the split became so noticeable? What events then triggered those of today? Was it written in the stars, clear from the beginning how the end would be? Or was it far more complicated than that? Was the family ignorant of the signs or was it all written on the wall?
Watch as the story unfolds, all the blanks become filled, and the puzzle becomes whole.

And I'm going to let you in on a bit of secret info about that rule: It's fully possible for Regulus to have been gay, because we know next to nothing about him as a character. That rule is really only put there as a prevention to keep everyone from making all of the characters gay (oh trust me...it's happened before). It's to keep things somewhat...balanced.
See? All explained.
